True to its commitment to diversity and inclusion, Eramet Grande Côte organized the third edition of its Women’s Seminar on May 22 and 23, 2025. This key event, which brought together the company’s 137 female employees, has become an unmissable annual rendezvous since its first edition in 2022.

The seminar offered a privileged space for female employees to exchange views on their common challenges, celebrate the progress made by the company and explore new avenues for improvement. Interactive workshops helped identify concrete actions to optimize the integration and development of women within the mining environment. The participants also benefited from coaching sessions to strengthen their soft skills, which are essential to their professional development.

Eramet Grande Côte stands out for its proactive policy in favor of professional equality. The company has implemented significant measures, such as an agreement on the organization of working hours for pregnant women, an extension of company-paid maternity leave, and plans to open a mother-and-child center in the near future.

Frédéric Zanklan, CEO of Eramet Grande Côte, reaffirmed the importance of these initiatives: “Diversity and Inclusion are at the heart of our strategic priorities, with clear and measurable objectives. This seminar is crucial to our roadmap, and we are determined to reach our target of 30% female managers by 2026.”

This annual seminar underlines Eramet Grande Côte’s ongoing commitment to building a fairer, more inclusive working environment, where every woman can flourish and contribute fully to the company’s success.
